WHAT WE REVIEW

Good projects start
with the details.

Bring your plans, project information, and questions.
The scope of review is confirmed for your specific project.

01 /

Pool & spa plans

Submit residential pool and spa drawings for engineering review, with site conditions and project requirements in view.

02 /

Revisions & comments

Have a revised plan set or building department comments? Include the original documents and a summary of changes.

03 /

Project-specific questions

Flag unusual site conditions, structural details, or equipment layouts so review needs can be identified up front.

A SIMPLER HANDOFF

Less back-and-forth.
More moving forward.

A complete submission helps establish the right scope
before engineering work begins.

01

Share your project

Tell us where you’re building, what you need reviewed, and any requested deadlines.

02

Upload your documents

Add the plan set, site information, supporting calculations, and any permit comments.

03

Confirm the next steps

Your submission starts an intake review. Scope, fees, and timing are confirmed before work begins.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

A few helpful details.

What should I include?+

Include the current pool plan set, a survey or site plan, and available structural and hydraulic calculations. If you have permit review comments, upload those along with the revised plans. PDF is preferred; JPG and PNG are also accepted.

Can I submit an incomplete plan set?+

Yes. Upload what you have and describe what is missing in the project notes. Additional information may be needed before a review scope or schedule can be confirmed.

What does a review cost, and how long does it take?+

Fees and turnaround depend on the project scope, plan completeness, and review requirements. Include your requested date during intake; timing and fees are confirmed before work begins.

Does submitting a project guarantee approval or a signed and sealed plan?+

No. Submission is a request for review, not an engineering approval or an agreement for services. Any signing and sealing is subject to the agreed scope, engineering review, and applicable professional requirements.
